Automatic Multihead Filling & Capping Machine for Spray Bottles is composed of touch screen, PLC, metering pump, conveying system, starwheel & mold, filling nozzles, support frame etc. It is a new type of automatic filling machine with small footprint and convenient movement newly developed by our company. It is mainly designed for spray bottles automatic filling, insert pump cap and auto capping. This is the machine with small size, strong functions and wide range of applications. Via changing bottle mold, it can fast change different size bottle on the same machine.

2. Fully automatic production, automatic finished bottle feeding, liquid filling, insert pump cap, press/screw capping, outfeed of finished products; automatically stop filling when lack bottle or no bottle to avoid material waste.

8. The machine equipped with a screw capping/pressing capping device to realize automatic filling and capping, which greatly saves labor costs.
